Dieting programs and human habits
Today, there are
almost no newspapers that do not publish a diet program or recipe on a regular
basis, or at least from time to time. And in women’s magazines and magazines,
the diet program is almost an essential part. Similarly, there are more and
more diet websites or blogs on the Internet. No wonder, because a lot of people
are interested in this issue. Many people try to lose weight using these diet
programs. Of course, most of the time without success. Moreover, even if you
lose weight, your hard-to-lose weight will soon return.
This is not a
good solution. I don’t know what makes people think that if a diet recipe comes
out in a newspaper and that newspaper has, say, a hundred thousand readers,
that one recipe is all for a hundred thousand people. Maybe they forget that people
are different and what is right for one person is not for the other?
I recommend that
you avoid dieting recipes in newspapers and weekly newspapers in the future.
Also on the Internet, it is worth reading only those websites and pages where,
in addition to the published weight loss recipe, they also write about who the
recommended recipe is suitable for and who is not, and what different people
should pay attention to when using the weight loss recipe.
